Descripción	The Victim-offender Mediation Service in Castilla y Leon (Spain) is going to hold an International Congress the 4th and 5th of March, 2010. It will take place in the University of Burgos. This conference is an opportunity to verify how Restorative Justice is a response to crime, focusing on the harm caused and the actions required to mend the damage, with the active and voluntary participation of the victim, the offender and the independent mediator. In order to attend the Conference, it is necessary to have knowledge of the Spanish language and register in advance.
